Windows 10 Lean is the new member of the big windows 10 family. It is here to give a smooth experience to users. It also targets people which have less storage in the primary drives which is nice. Below are the cons and pros of the windows 10 lean.

Why Windows 10 Lean:


It is meant to give the user an experience which is lite but with full power of the Windows 10 operating system. It is operating which excludes the features which are demanded by advanced users. This version is best for the tablets and laptops with a limited amount of the storage. Microsoft needs to make sure that devices with less storage can be able to receive future updates. Microsoft has managed to cut almost 2GB from the actual installation size which is the pretty nice thing to hear from a user having 3GB storage as a primary.

Pros:


Windows 10 lean is lean and it is clean, which literally means that items like CMD, Reg-edit and other legacy apps. Although it is not released yet we can say for sure that when it will be light it will also boot faster. It is meant to be used by the customers which are mostly students and teachers and the people who want just to browse freely and have much space left for music and videos on their Windows 10 operated tablet.

Cons:


Windows 10 lean is a not a good option for the gamers and advanced users. This is because of the restrictions of Windows 10 lean. Windows 10 lean is storage friendly but advanced users have a large amount of storage on their hard drive. In windows 10 lean you have to install everything to get to the level of productivity provided by the same professional version of the Windows 10 Pro. It is uneconomical to install this version of windows on a high-end device and then spend hours installing the missing software for another couple of hours.

Summary:


Windows 10 lean have not hit the market yet. So, if you want to give it a try you have to wait a little bit for the complete finished version of the windows 10 lean comes out on the market. In my opinion, if you are a person whose daily needs include Facebook, Twitter etc. Plus you are also a tablet user who has a limited amount of storage. Then the windows 10 Lean is the best option for you. If you are advance windows or Software geek then you should consider installing Windows 10 Pro. If someone reading this article owns an organization then stick with the enterprise version of Windows 10.
